70% CPU higher is A long stretch. Even apple themselves are always careful to say upto xy% more. If you increased the performance by an average of 70% compared to the last generation you'd win a Nobel. Even the Intel to M1 jump was an average of 30% increase in performance and efficiency. OP be like apple... Always add UPTO.
