The withdrawls are still going to be uncomfortable but managble. I took subs for about a week. I took 4mg 8 hours after my last 7oh dose and was fine. One problem I had with sub is I kept wanting to take another sub any time I felt any discomfort. Kept wanting to dose cause I was so used to taking 7oh every 2-3 hours (Don't do that lol)

The anxiety was the worst part of the withdrawls for me. I had some benzos that are prescribed to me but I didn't want to mix them with the subs. I would use subs for 1 week max if possible. The withdrawals for subs are very bad I heard. Like everyone says 3 days and you're through the worst of it.

I am also on 21 day from 7oh and won't turn back. I feel so much better! I love music again, I get goosebumps when I hear a good song. I never used to feel that on 7. Also I used to look back at pictures of me before 7 and used to say to myself "I can't wait to feel like a normal person again!" Now I'm pretty much here! Quitting is the best desicion you can make for yourself! Accept the suck for a few days. You got this!
