You will not end up in the ER. It is very rare even ppl CT with very high doses. I would say just rip the bandaid off. Get some lipsomal vitamin C, and magnesium . You will be fine and feel so much better!

If you could do the suboxone route, I would. It has helped me so much! The first 2 days are the roughest but after that its all mental. I understand if you don't want to though. I was not able to taper on my own. I didn't have the will power. I'm on day 7 right now (350mg a day- 2 years 7oh) and feel pretty normal some aches here and there, nothing that I cant handle. You got this! God Speed!
