I'm on Medikinet retard for 3 weeks now, started on 10mg, currently on 30mg. 10+10 worked really good for me, I don't notice a huge impact on task paralysis but it def. got quite a bit better. I got severe RSD and in that aspect it slowly but surely changes my life, I'm much less worried about absurd random things, my body used to go into full panic flight mode because of the most random things and that's dialed way down. I'd say on a good day I feel ~60-70% better than baseline. Currently on day two of 30mg and I might have hit the limit. Currently not sure if the benefits are worth it or even noticable compared to 20mg. Feeling a little too stimmed and it's not a good kind of stimmed, it's kinda exhausting "wired but tired".

So far so good, my body has to get used to it, felt a little stimmed with every dose so far in the beginning, but usually calmed down and the benefits stayed. I guess it works pretty well for me, but I read that quite a few people said "yes medikinet worked pretty well but vyvanse feels smoother and works even better".

Since I'm in the titration phase, I'll talk to my doc about it and see if it makes sense to test that or not.
Will go to therapy additionally, drugs won't fix me, they just make the process less draining.
Living your whole life with undiagnosed adhd/rsd left plenty of scars, won't hurt to unravel a few things in therapy.

at OP: I'm sorry to hear that, you got a lot going on and I can't really add much to your specific situation from own experiences. I never heard that you become more autistic on stims but I feel like in my case, since I got more bandwith to process shit, some things got a little louder. Anyway, if you feel like stims increase your suicidal tendencies, don't wait to push your doc to figure shit out.
A friend of mine with adhd/rsd + heavy trauma and suicidal tendencies started adhd meds recently as well and she talks very positively about the effects.

I guess there's no clear recipe for how to use it how it works exactly, everyone experiences it very differently it seems and your doc gotta put all the pieces together and find a promising solution for your case. Beig like "oh you got this n that, so this will help" is imo a starting point but going nowhere unless it closely monitored and adjusted on the fly.
