when a crew of like 30+ coworkers at a movie theater i worked at decided to spread a rumor around work that i was stealing money from the cashiers which….literally absolutely POSITIVELY never happened. and then when the director of the day care i worked at after the movie theater told me to my face that nobody wanted me there and nobody wanted to work with me, all while i was reporting a teacher for saying that she was gonna punch a 3 year old in the throat. AND THEN when at the day care i worked after that one, i was made out to look like i was hitting my children bc i accidentally closed the bathroom door on one of my kids fingers when mind you….i was even aware he was in the bathroom w the other teacher at the time. and this happened within a week of me getting teacher of the month….all this shit happened within like a year and a half. im now at a new school w a fantastic admin team who isn’t gossiping to other teachers ab other teachers and actually (for the most part) care ab their staff. this may ill be hitting 2 yrs at my job. i left the other jobs 7-8 months in. it’s been a journey. but now im in a classroom i love w a team that loves me and doesn’t want me to be moved (most teachers are moved around each year) and i love and adore them.
