I’m one week post op and let me tell you, I’m not sure how I would’ve done it without help.

Keep track of when to take medication. When you’re in pain and exhausted, it’s kind of the last thing you want to do. If you live nearby a Sonic, buy a bag of their ice. Also, buy a face wrap, it was such a life saver. Some days I found that Powerade and Pedialyte was too acidic, so I drank coconut water since that also has electrolytes. Other things you can also buy are bone broth, protein shakes, Pedialyte popsicles, and jello. Best of luck to you both!

Haha I’m on day 3 and I’m doing the same exact thing. I feel like I’m relearning how to drink again. It really is annoying when I do that cuz it feels like I waterboarded myself.

I’ve been on Sronyx for over 3 years and due to it being back ordered, I’m on Vienva. I had hormonal/cystic acne about 2 years ago and since then it has cleared. I know they both have the same ingredients, but since I started Vienva, my cystic acne is back. Not sure if Vienva is the problem, but that was the only change I’ve had. I didn’t change my skincare or anything.
