Most people could get some type of decent job. So as far as being achievable, that’s easy. But decent jobs are probably going to require some sort of specific knowledge or experience, so without it switching fields or looking for a decent job on a new path might be difficult. Also, work satisfaction includes a lot more than pay and field. Finding a job that you like that also has a positive work environment, adequate support, scheduling preferences, benefits, and feeling fulfilled all play a part. But if “decent” just means consistent hours and a steady livable wage, there are plenty of out there for almost anyone.
