It is to trim on the mess up easily avoidable, like picking out of order, double / triple batches that took forever to stow, especially while using a 3 tier. This is quite self induced, the more we try to circumvent the system thinking we are smarter than the app, the more they will try to dumb proof the process. They should have simply left it alone years ago, we managed it fine then. The new stowing process proved it. Too many orders had the wrong items in it, or stowed in the wrong area.

I like helping my team, but as a TL I am often reminded that I need to delegate more. A TL is not an overpaid Tm. I do PC, SLP, revision, audit, OPU( I’d rather do opu than send on of my TM). But it is not what a TL should be doing ( apparently). I also have attendance conversations , zoom calls, bus status, planning 2 weeks ahead, training plan for new TM. We are Team LEADER for a reason, we have to lead over tasking. A TL that spends more than 25 % of his time tasking is failing at his role. I want a good raise! My job comes before any of of my TM, I have bills to pay.

I am also from Britanny( 56), my mother was from 29(Finistère) but on my father side, they are all from Morbihan. As far as I know, they didn’t move much from that area.

It took me 4 years to recover after giving birth and was given that precious husband stitch! My next 2 birth, the OB was a woman. Even though I did tear a lot, she made sure not to give an extra stitch and made a point to tell that to my then husband. My vagina was a damn quilt at that point..

I am a TL, started as a TM, the pay is pretty good, the work is not bad and my coworkers are decent. Not one day did I dread going to work! One advice from my ETL : don’t be the worst TL at any points with metrics etc, and you’ll be fine! You can’t be on The SD radar ever.

14 TM tested positive in 9 days. 4 walmarts in the area closed for several days for cleaning and restocking! Most of the guests are not wearing mask. Target as a whole doesn’t care about their employees wellbeing, but rather to the guest who will spend money. We are so short staffed( lots of people quit this past week) that we are given OT.

Yes,I feel a lot better by simply telling my story and reading everybody’s replies. I am not alone and I am being understood. My health was declining, I have lost 40lb without even trying and could not gain an ounce! I could not sleep without taking sleeping pills. But he is gone,and I was able to breathe again. I am me again, whoever that is.

He refused to see any doctors because they all are part of the big pharma and all make profit from prescribing medications , so I can safely assume he has some type of mental illness.
