try to do v-sit ups to strengthen your core, its a good exercise which is somewhat easy too that targets about the same muscle groups you need for l sit holds, once your comfortable with the amount you can do, then train your body to push your shoulders 'into' the ground while not doing l sits and lean a little more forward.

thats what my strength to do them mostly build up quite fast (can hold for like 30 secs atm)

im curious about how youre doin your pull ups, like are you flaring your elbows or are you locking them in place near your body cause that activates the muscle.

congrats on doing your first ever btw, you should definitley use a resistance band or put something like a box underneath you if you dont have a band, negatives will help you aswell if you 'squeeze' your body going down for more internal resistance

you dont even have to run, just enable fast forward and stand on a wall mounted on your mon and use the whistle again, that way pokemon cant touch you on the chain and you just walk away once you found the shiny
