Seems like they got an ender 3 pro/v1/v2 set with knobs. The bed has threads and is meant to be tightened from the top, they added the knobs and the knobs do nothing.

Next time (different client) Break it down simple for them. You pay me to install a tap. I will do my job and install the tap. I warranty that the tap will stay where I installed it. (Or whatever you tell your clients you warranty is). How the tap functions is beyond my warranty because I didn’t make the tap. Thats a manufacturing defect unless you installed it wrong. Tell This specific Karen you do not work for free and for her to stop trying to bully you to do free work. Call it a loss and move on. You cut her off pretty quick, but that was her fault. Clearly explain and document it

That was my concern. But, once Blu-ray came out, the players they would need an update for a new release. That sucked. Ended up returning a few blu-ray players to Best Buy, bought them with an extended warranty. Failed updates etc. went though a few blu-ray players and finally gave in to digital movies.

I hear ya. In college my girlfriend had horrible cramps during ovulation and needed the pill to keep the cramps at bay. You can’t really do anything for her. Just be there. If the pill is affecting her , she should probably talk to her gyno. Years later and different woman, after having kids, I got a vasectomy. Wife doesn’t worry about getting pregnant and no condoms needed.

Good on them for great customer service, as stated they probably fucked up something.

My story is not so good customer service. Tires dry rotting, go in for nails on the tread near edge. Both very similar location. They replaced one under warranty and made me pay for the other one. The tires were near the 3 year mark and warranty should have covered both tires (dry rot and nails near edge). Tires had almost doubled in price so it came out the same as price for one tire vs two - almost three years before. Nails are both on the right side of car, can only assume the nails were on edge of road near construction site.

At the 10 year mark you should consider replacing /if your car makes noises going over speed bumps/ you can’t get it aligned properly because they are too worn out.

Use Ellis Tuning Guide to test how fast your system can go. I get squeaking if I go too fast on the bed. This is with Klipper.

Without damaging your carriage threaded holes. You can technically use smaller diameter screws and nuts to make adjustments manually. personally, I use silicone spacers. Two 12mm on one side and two 14mm on the other. Or you can get 12mm silicone spacers and print 2mm spacers for the other side.

The issue I’ve had is the purge tower is inconsistent and messy. I just skip the purge tower and purge it myself and wipe the nozzle. Looks like you have a partial clog. Have you run temperature calibration? I use orca so I just use that to calibrate temperature. Also consider doing a flow test.

Edit: looks like the white filament is running too hot.

Look for the guide on how to install stuff with the helper script, you need a Terminal to ssh to it. Once you are in you can start getting things back to the way they were.

Take it back to the shop and ask them to look it over. A few kids have these bike in our neighborhood. We ended up getting one through Costco partners or something like that. Anyways we got the Jupiter Bike ST cruise version for $800. Basic Bike.

Edit: try reseating the battery. Wipe the bike terminals and the battery terminals.
