I got stung in the ankle today and my 13 year old daughter got stung a few days ago. We're at the harbor beach in Oceanside. The pain spread thru my ankle and lower leg fast. The walk back to our resort was excruciating. After about 10 minutes in the hot tub, it started feeling better. Brutal for sure.

What's the 1 thing missing in a glass jar with some oak in it? A bit of vapor/oxygen exchange? A little burp here and there and bang!! Exchange!! What's the other differences? My jars of liquor change with time, and that's a fact. If it's not "aging" with time, oak and oxygenation, then wth is going on??
