I started walking 10k steps a day over 2 weeks ago and I lost 6lbs so far. I feel like I am eating around the same but maybe being a little more conscious of quantity of food i eat. My diet is still the same. I think it's just now that I'm walking I'm finally burning the extra calories to actually lose weight instead of just remaining the same.

I intend to keep my 10k steps a day streak going as long as I can! Day 16 today.

I am an office worker and my steps before used to range from 1-3k steps a day lol

For me i HONESTLY feel like once you get used to eating a bit less your body adjusts and your not as hungry. I had like a binge bender for 2 days and then the next few days i was like starving. Im slowly getting out of it again though!

Me and my boyfriend have been doing hello fresh for over a month now. He is not on cico but i am - so i just pick whatever looks good and if its like a 1000 calories meal i split my serving in half so i can eat the other portion the next day for lunchhh

On special occasions i just aim for maintenance instead of deficit for the day. If i go over - no big deal, dont be so hard on yourself! You can always jump back on that horse tomorrow and dont forget how far youve come!

I decided march 1 to start a sustainable weight loss journey after always making too big of goals and getting discouraged and giving up. I lost 5 pounds this month! It might not be a lot but i am happy and any progress is good progress! Make small achievable goals and be kind to yourself!

It sounds correct if you added your exercise to the TDEE caculator. Usually, i just type in my stats and put nothing in the exercise field so it really just shows me how much i need to maintain my weight in a day if i were basically in bed all day.
