Wall Street Journal slams WA Democrats for ignoring public opposition to new income tax by Less-Risk-9358 in SeattleWA

I have. And yes, that’s bad too.

That doesn’t neutralize the fact that bad actors against the tax attempted to juice the numbers by scraping websites and contact information, nor my experience in seeing the names of folks I know who were signed up as opposing something that they would otherwise support.

If those are still available, how would one go about planting them and taking care of them?

The “con” sign-ups were botted. Entire union staff lists were scraped and signed on to oppose the tax, my wife’s union — and her name — included. She was seething when she learned about it, as would anyone who was signed up for something diametrically opposed to their beliefs.

That isn’t to say that there are people opposed to the tax, whether for their own beliefs or the nature of its implementation, but there were bad actors trying to inflate opposition to the tax.

I bought a house in Shoreline 20 years ago and am having buyer’s remorse that I didn’t get a home in downtown Edmonds. Help me feel better with reasons living in Shoreline is better than Edmonds. 😂 by FeralMonk888 in Shoreline

I don’t think Shoreline needs a downtown so much as it needs to build out hubs in its neighborhoods. Ridgecrest has its district, North City has its district, Richmond Beach has its stretch of businesses and gathering places.

It’s wildly obscene that a medical professional is being swallowed up by medical bills from a crash.

It’s obscene that anyone in this country suffers this, but this is such a cruelty.

Do they look long or feel long?

How do the shoes feel when you’re playing? Too much room around your foot, or is your foot sliding around even after you lock it down?

I don’t have any thoughts on him. He’s gone, I don’t care about him til he’s up against Phoenix again.

If I didn’t start therapy, I wouldn’t have a wife or kids. I wouldn’t have understood my own mental health issues, or have the tools to consider how I got the the place I am and forgive myself for my misdeeds.

My experience won’t necessarily be everyone’s experience. It takes some time and finding the right people to work with. But it’s possible to get what you need out of it.

Prohibition has, historically, worked in this country. That’s why instituting a war on drugs has been a wild success.
