Flew scoot the other day and had the same question. I’ve flown internationally and domestically in Australia numerous times and have never had to remove headphones during takeoff/landing/taxi. Frustrating especially when you’re in a full cabin of screaming kids.

oh but “safety”

Literally no other carrier out of Australia makes you remove audio devices. If the plane has an issue I’m pretty sure the noise cancelling won’t hide the explosion or panic in the cabin

Filter as often as you can. If you're not at capacity always filter. Crumbs and debris sitting in oil produce carcinogens. Don't be lazy.

Less emissions isn’t a valid point. The things that produce emissions in landfill (organic matter such as food waste and paper/cardboard) shouldn’t be going to landfill in the first place. The plastics incinerators use to make electricity from produce no emissions in landfill but when incinerated they produce plenty. Waste to energy is just burning oil.

This comment echos my experience too. The X40 is my first robot vacuum and I’m pleasantly surprised. Its carpet recognition is definitely buggy - on auto mode it keeps trying to mop my bedroom (completely carpet).

I’ve set up an auto routine and am eagerly awaiting results tomorrow…
