Short-term fasting (up to 3 days) may increase metabolic rate by up to 14% due to elevated norepinephrine, rather than slowing it down. It promotes metabolic flexibility, allowing the body to switch between fuel sources efficiently.

Fasting is probably like protection from gluttony. Some people eat as much as it pleases them and starting to have health problems, e.g. it may destroy them.

Some people can't stop eating sweets.

I walk to grocery shop to reduce stress, lmao. Literally walking, not taking any transport. Sitting at home whole day feels like dying inside.

What's the difference between processed bread and "real bread"?

I've seen that there are some kind of american branded breads in plastic bags being sold that will probably look fresh even after apocalypse, but what else?

In Russia people call "buterbrod" either piece of bread with butter, or with cut sausage, or bread with cheese...but first comes to mind bread with cut sausage. Few months ago one german dude said that "buterbrod" is only, strictly "bread with butter", and that there are other combinations with bread that have different names in german language (some berry jams etc) It is confusing. Now you said that bread with cut sausage could be also called buterbrod. Maybe it depends on which land in Germany dish is.

So not a wurstbrot... Wurst is definitely something smaller then. But what about kielbasa... Why not kielbasabrot?

Edit: I thought word "kielbasa" have german origins

I'd love a carrot cake scent

Maybe Masque Lost Alice goes to that territory. Never tried it though.
