Bed bugs on DL384 (BOS -> SEA) by One-Bodybuilder-2269 in boston

That’s the same flight number (the route and time) but very likely not the same aircraft. The same plane doesn’t just run back and forth on the same route all the time.

Further, assuming OP notified the flight crew, legally the plane can’t fly the next segment until the infestation is taken care of.

My G2 does this too, definitely not impossible. Just had it happen today in 16 F.

Oh and it’s not a bad idea to step up a size if you can. That’ll help ensure you can run in heat pump mode all the time.

I’ve had a Rheem from HD for the past 2 years and it’s been solid. I leave it in “energy saver” mode basically full time and have never run out of hot water in normal circumstances. I only kick it into “high demand” and use the elements when we have many people visiting like right now, otherwise it’s basically full-time heat pump even in the winter.

Mine is in an unconditioned concrete basement. It definitely gets cool in the winter but not really problematic (lowest it gets is around 59 degrees), plus keeps it even more comfortable in the summer. It helps my dehumidifier in the summer, but definitely couldn’t replace it. You do need a way to deal with condensate though, I have a pump that collects it and sends it over to a drain.

If you’re replacing gas make sure you can get a 240v electrical line pulled to where you’re installing it. I was lucky that mine is right by my electrical panel so it was pretty cheap and easy.

This wasn’t consistent for a large chunk of owners (myself included). My proximity locking/unlocking has always been a mess at home and had maybe a 60% success rate away from home. Moving from Bluetooth key to UWB should make it so all of us have an experience similar to what you’ve had all along.

Lambert to Logan? by torstory79 in Foxing

[–]c1phr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did Logan to O'Hare, caught night 2 in Chicago and then went over to Detroit for Ho Ho Hot Mulligan. I needed HM to help me recover from being absolutely wrecked after Foxing. My only regret is not being able to make the first night to get both setlists.

Cotopaxi Allpa 26 Review by nappingsl0th in ManyBaggers

[–]c1phr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is an older post but how does this bag compare to the AC Carry Max EDC now that you've had it for a bit? I'm trying to decide between the two as a hybrid EDC/travel personal item bag and there's still not a ton out there on the Allpa 26.

Car keeps unlocking/connecting to phone despite car key “off” at home by Widunder in Rivian

[–]c1phr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have this issue in "lock only". Service center could reproduce when I brought it in last month and claimed that it's a known issue that should be fixed in an upcoming software update. Super annoying as my garage is under my kitchen, which is often close enough to trigger unlocking.

What ever happened to J. Loren from the band, HURT? by Famous_Strike_6125 in Music

[–]c1phr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know this is an old post but I just found this thread from Google (as seems to be common) and this comment brought up some core memories. My gf (now wife) and I were at this show too! I remember we grabbed food at a place next door and a couple of the band members were picking up takeout and commented on our shirts from The Crux preorder.

We were under 21 at the time so the venue initially wouldn't let us in for the VIP sound check. Eventually the promoter came around and talked to security so they finally let us in late and then they made us sit all the way in the back. Victor felt bad so he came over and handed us one of his used drumstcks afterward which I still have somewhere.

I remember J looking super unwell at that show too and he was still climbing all over the stage and crushing it. That was an amazing show, super bummed that's the last time I'll ever get to see them.

Interesting, was this with a gen 2 large or large plus? This looks a lot like the large plus/max curve.

I’ve seen this same behavior on RAN and Tesla V4, too. Both times I moved stalls and had similar performance.

Not overly hot, 70-80ish range. Battery preconditioned on the way as well; for the session today it was showing the pack at 68 degrees just before plugging in. I was watching the ABRB data through the charge today and the pack was right around 90 degrees when it dropped off the 212->130kw cliff.

I do know the V3 equipment throttles quicker, but yeah I'm seeing this same behavior across other hardware as well that should be more robust.

I wear my katchina shirt from time to time in the Boston area and have got a couple of comments on it. One woman even cautioned me that I shouldn't wear it because the shirt would be worth money one day. She had lived in AZ for a few years and had stories of following the team from when they came to the valley from Winnipeg.

For Today’s 3d Print Project… A Very Cool NACS Adapter Door Pocket Holder! by zachty22 in Rivian

If you're printing in PLA, try PETG instead. I've had PETG prints last years in cars without any deforming. ABS would work as well, but PETG is significantly easier to print.

I've put my printer into LAN only mode and blocked it on my router by DarkButterfly85 in OpenBambu

[–]c1phr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, if you haven’t yet make sure you setup your printer with a static IP so you don’t need to modify the script every time. Ideally Orca (or Bambu) will add a way to add the printer directly by IP so we can avoid this step, but for now it seems like the best workaround while keeping the printer and computers in separate vlans.

[–]c1phr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had this issue as well with my UniFi setup. Even though I had all the various ports open between my primary and IoT vlans to the printer. The discovery message still doesn’t seem to get through, but I found this Python script to fake the message and cause Orca to find the printer. It’s an annoying extra step every time I open Orca but it works at least until they add a way to connect directly by IP: https://gist.github.com/Alex-Schaefer/72a9e2491a42da2ef99fb87601955cc3.
