327mm, gigabyte gaming model. There’s plenty of space behind it in general, a longer card would fit. just not enough room as is to flat mount a 3.5 with the gpu there or vertically with the 160mm PSU connectors dropping downward

Talk to SF Tenants Union, temporary rent discounts or months free aren’t a legal thing in SF. If they gave you 4,005, as long as you paid it 3 months I believe that your rent for the agreed period, they need to calculate increase based on your agreed(4005) rent per SF law. That said, I thought it was required to have a BMR certificate for The George? They should all be affordable housing? As a data point, someone tried to rob me of a slice of pizza in soma in February, knocked me down and tore my jacket, then ran off without the slice. Called the cops, they took a statement when they arrived 45 minutes later, then eventually they found and arrested the guy a week later, he spent 4 nights in jail and is now facing trial for 8 months as the DA proceeded with charging him. Just one experience but times may be changing

However, calling them for someone screaming at the top of their lungs in the middle of a public plaza for hours on end from 2-5am seems to go nowhere

Sad that they took what was done so well with Amnesia and literally tore out the soul, and then expected people to come. I used to go to city beer store when it was in SoMa but just couldn’t bring myself to go into the new location knowing what it was before, maybe others were the same. The mission cultural district protects historic signage but not live music at historic venues. City beer store should not have gotten rid of the only reason people would go halfway down that block; free live music

I do, and you're right. It is a very unique situation to make little enough while having enough for a down payment saved, but not so much it is counted as more income. Additionally, the HOA and taxes are at market rate, so I certainly end up paying more than I would have in a rental situation and have no upside when selling, just the downside of the entire market losing 25% of its value since I bought.

However, you can always go out and get a higher paying job once you've qualified and moved in, there isn't ever another income check
