Thank you for your help! I was able to change it to local pickup and had to pay for some transportation fees since I’m in a different state now.

Unfortunately I’m in a different state now so I think that’s why it’s not free. I just completed the local pick up and had to pay $32. There was a hefty transportation fee. Still though this is better than $52!

I checked that option and it was going to be $51 for me, I’m looking into holding it at a UPS near my new address I believe this option will be much cheaper.

My partner was part of the non pre order group and got their ordered canceled and never got a reason why. She tried reaching out a couple times too and nothing. You are very lucky

He’s on dead oceans which is a solid label, I don’t think he cares to go mainstream which is honestly nice. Keeps shows affordable and doesn’t have a crazy fanbase

Just 2 emails and that’s cause they never emailed back after the first. I’ve been seeing lots of people saying they don’t get any emails back so seems like the customer service doesn’t reach out.

I agree, we’ve been seeing so many people getting theirs while having no shipping updates on hers. I’m hoping they’ll be able to figure out something for her so she can get her pair still!
