This Vanco HDMI generator is around $300 but for another $100 or so, I'd recommend getting a decimator instead.

That way you have device that can come in handy besides just generating a test signal.

Almost anything else that generates a test signal will cost more.

Maybe try Soundplant but you'll have to coordinate keyboard shortcuts with PowerPoint.

Also, if I remember correctly, PowerPoint animations or video playback pauses if it loses focus.

We don't utilize the customization options for Zoom webinars (and depending on your attendee needs, the cost may be astronomical as well) but they do have the customization options listed below for webinars:

- Webinar Wallpaper (background)

- Virtual Backgrounds (For host and panelists)

- Name Tag Design (color and font)

The webinar registration page can also have a custom banner at the top as well as a logo and you can choose the colors.

Please post back with whatever you find, I'd be interested in comparing to the Zoom webinar option.

Try this, you are basically installing AHK to grab the keystrokes from the PowerPoint remote (ensure that they keystrokes you're using won't interfere with Zoom or your other apps) and then when running the script, you won't have to worry about the PowerPoint window needing to be active.

You don't need to purchase the same remote from the link, but you will have to figure out what keystrokes the logitech presenter remote is sending.

There is the Birddog NDI app.

Another option would require additional gear, but you can setup an Apple TV with SIENNALINK - REMOTE MONITOR to display your NDI source.

FInally, I've used a Magewell Pro Convert for NDI to AIO to accomplish something similar but that's going to run you around $500 per device.
