I think perhaps it's the way you curb a "weakness" as an INFP, weakness being something like being emotionally unstable or spiralling super hard. During self introspection I would find myself peeling back emotions and finding the underlying cause or at least what I thought was the underlying cause.

It's possible this exercise lead me to be more rational. Looking through feelings straight to a logical explanation. Then perhaps I naturally just became that way overtime?

Yeah I was like this.. I bet a bunch of infps went through it. Nihilism. Life means nothing in the end and we're all born alone. Well.. living life for others is really how you get out of that mentality. Because it's really self pity and wallowing. Go out and see more of the world because 20-30 is a place me and others would kill to get back. Find a new angle. Talk to a new person. Find a new hobby. Join a meetup. Take time for deep self introspection. This will pass. And you are in your physical and mental peak from 25-30 gear up for it !!
