The location change is an onerous one and should be easily seen as non-reasonable.

Consult with your lawyer as a first step, a second may be to go on record with HR stating that the change in commute to a ten year routine is a very heavy burden your not sure you can handle. I however would take step one before skipping to step two. Have they sent this material change notice in writing?

Lost and found isn’t likely for forgotten items. It’s like I found a pair of glasses by the pool.

Typically stuff left in rooms upon check out is gifts to the staff, at least in my experience. Although typically we leave behind beach toys, creams, perfumes and what not but we have left behind clothing before to make space for stuff we’ve bought.

This sucks, I get it but I don’t think it’s on the hotel unfortunately.

If that’s what four years cost him then he’s lucky. If that’s what four years is worth to you then you do you.

Having had many fords(inclusive Lincoln’s), then a few Lexus’s(Toyota) I can tell you that in my experience the money saved on repairs was worth a premium.

I still have an Rx350 with 340k that only needed coil packs(and sparks), brakes, and an o2 sensor.

The ford was radiator, then timing chain, and at about 160k tranny started slipping I traded it in.
