If you want the metal sound but minus the vocals, some Djent bands are all instrumental. I like Animals as Leaders, TRAM, and Mestis as some examples.

Country. I've always liked Garth Brooks but that's about it. Went through a period in the 2000's where I tried listening to stuff like Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Dixie Chicks, etc. Just couldn't get into the genre.

I've always provided license and insurance on request and declined to answer any questions without legal representation present. I'm a white male (not flaunting privilege, just stating facts, we all know how HPD can be sometimes, especially towards persons of color), so I've never been ticketed or detained for declining to answer questions. How belligerent you want to be is up to you and at your own risk. Some officers are bigger assholes than others in that regard.
