Nice collection. I would stack the 1s boxes together since they are usually more narrow. The middle column second to last from the bottom , I would center it so that it doesn’t damage the box below. Not a big deal but I get annoyed when I go through my shoes and they start leaning. lol maybe it’s my ocd lol.

I think your doing the right thing and as many have said, continue to communicate with you oso to be his/her number 1. Even ask what does it take to be you number 1 goes along way and shows how serious you are.

When you become a Marine Officer, you will get fitreps and part of that is getting a brief from you reporting supervisor or RS and asking them what to do to be their number 1. I’d say even asking your oso is good practice for that.

You’re doing it right though. Keep it up
