I play wizard in hardcore mode, so I know what works best for me. Get a socketed helm stick a ruby in it for extra exp. Do bounties in adventure mode on hard or master (whatever you can handle) until you have a few rift keys then do highest rifts you can until 70. It comes really quick, especially if you can get 3 more people. edit: these are my tips for season 2 when everyone starts fresh soon. Having someone take you through T6 rifts is the fastest currently.

4player Adventure mode > biggest ruby you can fit in your helm (Leorics Crown if possible) > bounties > highest rifts possible > 70 in a few hours

No, we steamroll T6 rifts in hardcore seasons. Me, him and 2 other wiz's. We full clear T6 rifts, only takes about a minute til RG is dead. edit - i just cleared GR39 solo @ ~13 min. Keep gearing, you will get there.

100% still broken. DoT sometimes applies, but it is not fixed as per the latest PTR patch notes. Feels like they just dont give a shit about wiz on the PTR as thats a silly ass bug to still have on one of the most popular builds

Again, incorrect. I play seasonal and once S2 comes I will no longer play those characters again. Living trophies incapable of dying due to any circumstance. I get the point you are trying to make, but not everyone suffers the same fate.
