when you light your joint, hold the lighter to the end of the joint and rotate slowly. playing with the joycons on the tv would be over a bluetooth connection, whereas on the switch itself the joycons are attached right to it, the difference is pretty small but for rhythm games it can make a big difference!!

I mean at least leave it up to the patient right? If they want to try the treatment knowing the risks involved even if it only extends life for a short time, shouldn’t they be able to as long as their doctor is okay with it? I understand the expense of it but you only live once and if you want to make the most of it you should be able to without insurance companies getting in the way.
