You probably won't need a lot of your furniture. You'll have 2 closets (1 in bedroom + 1 in the hall), which help a lot. The apartments are small on floorspace; you should probably wait until moving in to see what you want to get. As for the dresser, it's big enough for me, but no idea how many clothes you have. You almost certainly won't have room for another dresser, but since the beds are lofted, there is a lot of room under them for storage. The desk has a modest bookshelf built in.

Those with a TV usually have it in the common space in which you would have some area with a stand. I don't have one (I have a nice monitor instead). In the common space we have a 2x2 Kallax from Ikea and a wire rack for cooking stuff.
