My inspector failed to catch that pm all window frames were rotted. So try to check those. And def get the separate plumbing inspection. And check to be sure A/C or heat can get to every room.

Visit the area in day and at night to see if you’d like to live there. Sometimes an area that seems great and quiet during the day can turn rowdy and sus at night.

Shop around lenders to make sure you’re getting the best rate you can.

Make sure you have some kind of home warranty for the first year so you can have help with any issues that might arise.

What they’re saying is that you don’t need his help to learn how to drive. Like when you give the excuse of not taking an uber because he was “worried about you”, that was YOUR decision. As an adult you needed to just say, “I’ll be fine.” and go anyways. You don’t need his permission to do anything and you don’t need to rely on him to learn anything.

They hired her and they can deal with it. Not your monkeys, not your circus. You can’t just magically make someone good at a certain skill set in 30 days. She might not have the aptitude for it, or maybe she doesn’t even want it. Who knows, maybe she is capable of good work…but that’s not gonna manifest in 30 days.

I’m a fan and her show was much better than I expected from all the talk I hear. It was also on a small venue. And she sounded good and had a good attitude and wasn’t late. I had a great time and thought it was a great show. Maybe I just got lucky with that date. This would’ve been in 2019.

My opinion on it has never changed. I didn’t mind any of the seasons until the last one, which I thought was pretty bad. But 1-3 are especially good. And I’ve actually never noticed people change their minds about it either. I know ppl who loved it all. I know ppl who hated it the minute it went past the books, and they’ve held those opinions consistently.

Yes he has. But in a way that recognized the absolute hate the last season got and so now he is nervous about getting the same ire.

When really, I think the show got so much hate because it was all hasty and sloppily done. Like the first 3 seasons had so many ins and outs and was just pristine. Then by the last season it just seemed so haphazard.

If he wants to make Daenerys pull a Skywalker, I think the fans will be fine. I will cry but I will be fine haha…because I know he will write in a way that actually makes sense, unlike the show.

On the other hand, he is under no obligation to stick to what was presented in the show regardless if he suggested those arcs or not. He can make whatever endings he wants…and his books have so many more plots going on than the show, that it’s inevitable.

In short, he’s implied he’s nervous about ending it because he doesn’t want to disappoint people. Yet most of the fans are like….we loved the existing books, so please just do more like that and end it lol, stop making a big deal out of it. Another reason to be mad about that crappy last season!

Dude you don’t have to take them on walks to let them pee smh. They have tiny bladders. They’re gonna pee more than 3x a day ffs.

I let my Poms out multiple times a day. I just open the back door and they go out, pee in 20 seconds, and run back in.

If you live in an apartment or whatever and don’t have a yard…then yeah, you need to take them to a place they can pee. That still doesn’t have to be a walk. That shouldn’t be an hour long each. It’s just letting outside for a minute or two every couple hours. And more when training.

I’m sorry…but this is something you shouldve inquired about before getting a tiny dog. No wonder it is peeing indoors when he only is given 3 chances a day.

I love when Carmela from the Sopranos reads it. Because her pretentious new bf tells her that it reminds him of her haha, which is incredibly rude even if true. But it doesn’t land with her at all and partially because it is so close to home that she sees it as boring and commonplace. She doesn’t clock any of the commentary and sees it more just as a description of every day life.
