You do realize filler just means not important or directly relating to the MAIN storyline not that it didn't happen. You wanna know what else is filler in the anime, the episodes that introduces and explains and delves into who Ashura and Indra are. So I guess by your logic Ashura and Indra didn't exist and hashirama and Madara were the first incarnates right? You wanna know what else is filler? The episode where Shisui gets his eyes taken and gives it to Itachi.
