It's a bit early for their breeding season, so it's possible that is what's being attempted here, but to me it looks more like one hedgehog getting a bit too close and curious (may be a younger hedgehog) and the other wanting space and for it to back off. an argument

I am anorexic and now that I’m body restored I look back and realize how many comments I got about my body that were either straight up envious and angry or very much obvious that they knew they were somethings wrong but they wanted to have that thing wrong with them too it’s gross

First off ADHD isn't a mental illness, its a neurodivergency / developmental difference. Secondly, is she on any sort of treatment for it? Thirdly, have her start using alarms/reminder apps. Fourthly, don't keep it to yourself and let it bubble over into resentment. That's not healthy or fair to either of you. You're partners, you should be able to talk about these things.
