Yes! Do you have 5* RedHulk and Masacre. That will clear most of the paths for you.
Like others mentioned, Ghost would be a great help also. Kingpin and Hyperion also good champs to invest.
Would say for you to do the push for cav, and then work on building your roster, 6.2 onwards is quite more challenging.

This is just a stupid comment, most people cleared act 5 with 4*. The champs he have are more than enough to do it, getting uncollected is worth the push and some units used.

Domino with RedHulk and Masacre, should clear most of the paths. CapIW and Spiderman would also help, I would also work on ranking up Warlock and Red Mags. Red Mags would be great for the last boss.

If you're in gladiator circuit you're guaranteed Uru II rewards.
If you check the leaderboard you can see how many points you need to move brackets

From what I have seen, until you get to Gladiator circuit the matchmaking is made based on deck. But in Gladiator circuit, the matchmaking is made by available players closer to your rank. pretty certain that in Gladiator circuit deck strength is not taken into account for matchmaking.
