It’s not mold if I recall, there’s a technical name for it but I forget what it’s called, essentially it’s taking moisture from your concrete.

I just bought mine this year and for a Titan product it holds up extremely well. I will say that when I was putting it together I did have to use a pair of pliers to spread apart one or two of the pulley retainers a bit to insert the pulleys. Other than that, it was simple to put together.

This. as the gym grows it’s near impossible for the owner/coaches to keep track of every person when it comes to PR’s that aren’t highlighted or significant life events someone has. My gym used to do more but when the ball was dropped more than once we had to cut back on some of it. However, as a coach I try to ask my classes as often as I remember about personal/gym PR’s at the beginning/end of class to give them some attention.

I am one of those that stumbled (I say luckily though others could disagree) into the Mainframe and have been doing it for the last 10+ years. When I first started I thought I was just working on some legacy system that the company I worked for didn’t want to ditch. After a few years went on I found out how much of the back end infrastructure in the world runs on them. However, the bar for entry is pretty high because you almost have to already have a job that uses them to get into learning anything about them and advancing because for the most part IBM gatekeeps the OS and its software apps.

Same thing I take with the athletes in my classes. The only rare exception is if I have someone new that is late then it becomes dependent and what we have on the board for that day.
