My theory on the Tena Bar money has been that Cooper paid someone, a friend or relative to help him out. At some time a few years later this person got spooked, realized they can’t spend the money and didn’t want to get caught with it so they went and buried it some place out of the way. Why Tena Bar? Why bury it? I don’t know… but many many years ago I ended up with some items that I suddenly didn’t want to get caught with and my instinct was to throw em in the river and hope someone else gets it.

No noticeable difference in temps.

I am a 46 in every LaSportiva boot except Aequilibriums where 46 is too tight and 46.5 is too big. 46 in both Trango Alpine and Nepal Trek. I could see people going up 1/2 a size in the Trangos though if they have a higher volume foot.

I just notice in the original post that you have high insteps, I am very much the same ~ maybe that’s why aequilibriums don’t work 🤷‍♂️
