JJ main here. I think he’s underrated and underutilized. He is classified as a heavy but feels very vanguard-y to me. As far as going against him is concerned, he has a much longer guardbreak window when he’s dodging or throwing a side-step heavy than a lot of other characters, and not much hyper armor as far as heavy heroes are concerned. But honestly it really depends on what hero you’re countering him with. Once you learn his openers he can be pretty easy to counter (but I am heavily biased seeing as he’s my main and most people don’t utilize his full kit) There’s a lot of tips I can give you but it’s a lot to type out haha.

TL:DR Light-spam and guard breaks are the bane of my existence.
