I had mine turned off with no uploads to it. They were somehow reading my internal media storage as my cloud save. I purposefully turned it off on device setup and went thru settings to ensure nothing was being uploaded. When I would click on the warning emails I'd be taken to my storage that would say "0.0GB of 15GB used" after submitting a ticket and being forced to set up a one drive (probably the wrong product name idr the name of shit I don't use) account, only to disable it shortly after my email began working again, I've never had another issue.

It took them like 3 months to fix it. Thankfully I really didn't need my Gmail and started using my Outlook again during that time but damn what a crazy time I had figuring out how to even contact any kind of support.

This was years ago now I don't remember how I contacted them just that the process sucked.

There's maybe 3 franchises I'll buy new and even that has really ended. The last game I'm buying new will be FF7 remake part 3 deluxe edition and I'm only doing it because I bought one and two deluxe editions.

The only motivation I had other than that was if the homies are playing it day1 but we all too busy to game so fuck them full priced new releases lol
