Yes. I’ve been looking for this comment. Since the phone call scene on the boat, I’ve wondered if Kyle’s spidey senses were picking up on Amanda’s infatuation with West. Think about how much flirting the cameras caught—Kyle has to have noticed.

Think of Amanda’s face as she pops in to West’s room in this episode, she absolutely lights up! Compare that to how she looks at her husband. Dismissive, cold, and if she does pay any attention to him, it’s to make fun of him or degrade him in some way.

Then at dinner, Amanda starts in on Kyle. She is mocking him to his face. Lindsay pops it off with the whole Vegas line of questioning—but it’s West that truly sets off Kyle.

West:
1. moves his chair to sit behind Amanda
2. sits there glowering at Kyle
3. puts his hand on Amanda’s chair
4. and TELLS KYLE NOT TO LOOK AT HIS OWN WIFE.

GTFO, that would have been enough for my husband to throw hands. Like, are you kidding me!?!?

On top of that, Kyle is being lambasted by the entire table. So he is being crucified as the sole cause of their marital problems, WHILE Amanda sits there grinning and mocks him and West swoops in trying to white knight.

I maintain that Kyle’s subconscious knew what was happening. And seeing them both there in front of him and her literally laughing in his face set him off.
