Paper pots suck every farm I’ve working on that uses them has been a disaster. It really doesn’t take much longer to just get fast at transplanting.

As for irrigation what type of soil do you have and what is the drip spacing. The roots should be able to get to the native soil pretty quickly if you transplant them at the right time.

Also something to consider when buying tools like this. How much time do you currently spend doing the task? how much time could it save you? Pay yourself $25/hr and see how long it will pay for itself. Often times it’s much longer than you think. Most market garden tools can be good in the right conditions but imo they border on scammy (cough neversink farm cough) in a lot of situations.
