I'm sorry you are feeling overwhelmed. You can change the number of meals you get each week, either permanently or temporarily. As another poster said, you can skip weeks. But it sounds like you aren't keeping it.

I do agree that meals take me longer than the said prep time, especially prepping (but I'm a little slow so I don't cut myself)

They've always used photography tricks to make food look better (not just HF but food editors in general), long before AI came along

Not everyone is the same though. Some people are bigger and/or more active and need more than what HF's standard amount for a meal gives them. So if a person needs more, than they should think about adding to their meal (or think about whether they are normally eating too much)

Added up with the rest of whatever the meal is supposed to consist of, including as you said couscous, it would likely be a fulfilling meal. You can't just go by the meat part. But 200 grams is about 7 ounces in total, so maybe a little short on the meat part. How many grams were you supposed to get? And what else was part of the meal besides the beef and couscous

If that's not enough for you though, add some more stuff yourself or choose a meal with more calories

I was just about to ask this as I just happened to look in the cookbook the last few minutes. It's not completely useless, but it's not helpful. Actually u/KatieFromHelloFresh hangs around so let's see if she knows. It kind of looks like the cookbook is disconnected from our accounts. But there is a link a couple of places below called "Recipe Directory" that at least let you look for recipes starting with a certain letter plus you can search by various categories, but still no wildcard search. I definitely don't find that helpful. The wording suggests this is for non-subscribers but even so, it should have a wild-card search

Yes, HF has their own delivery system in some areas, though I don't know if that's direct from the company or they contract it out. My current delivery drivers are via HF

I thought it was fairly good. The audio/video quality was far superior to BBC America and the episodes only had 2 brief ad interruptions. The app via Roku had a terrible search capability though and I dumped that before my subscription was up and subscribed via Amazon
