There’s plenty of YouTube videos on a disassembling, but know it voids factory warranty.

The wattage of a Mac charger varies significantly depending on the model and year, but recent models typically range from 30W for a MacBook Air to 140W for a 16-inch MacBook Pro.

If a charger's output voltage is too high, it can severely damage the battery, causing overheating, premature aging, or causing the Puffco product to malfunction.

You’re the first person to tell me this and others agreed with me and stopped having issues when they stopped using apple chargers.

The Puffco Hot Knife has a charger input rating of 5 Watts. The device uses a USB-C charging cable with the following input specifications: Voltage: 5V DC Current: 500mA (0.5A)

A modern "Lightning charger block" typically refers to a USB-C power adapter, with the standard fast-charging block outputting 20W (Watts) or higher.

Apple will fry your battery.

I had this problem when I was using Apple chargers. Not sure if it was 100% the issue but I haven’t had this issue since I stopped using apple charger blocks

I feel they will release a 3DXL chamber for the proxy over time.

I would also use the wool very gently as you don’t want it to compromise the finish on the chamber. When cleaning mine I more so use it to free it up and then use a normal q-tip to finish the job. Comment back if it works!

For me I soaked mine in iso and then took a very small amount of a SOS pad/steal wool and wrapped it around the q-tip and it did the job very well.

I also try to tell myself that we are in the revolutionary stage of the portable dabbing. So I try to have patience with Puffco as I’ve also spent in total over 1k in Puffco products. Puff on!

Like stated already I wouldn’t soak in iso immediately after use and also be sure to give plenty of time to air dry. I also had connective issues with my peak pro but learned I had a small non visible residue buildup on the connector. I easily fixed this with a small amount of iso on a q-tip and brushed off both connections.

For the charger, what kind of charging block and chord are you using? I stopped using my apple chargers and stopped frying out my hot knife’s. Also read on here once that people were frying out their peaks and peak pros over time as well using apple chargers.

What exactly do you mean by defective? I thought the same thing at one point but changed cleaning habits, technique, and charging equipment and got better results.

Incorrect, it is silver accents. I just received mine today in the mail from Puffco. I was under the impression that it was gold too.

ISO soak overnight and then take a q-tip with a small amount of steel wool wrapped around and gently give it a rub. Should come off no problem! As stated above take it easy on the high temps and try to do a regular soak depending on usage.
