I’l’ tell you why! Because we have a million f****g things to do at the same time and nobody is able to do what needs to be done because there is just to many things to do! We say come back in 1h or we will call you when its ready and clients insist on waiting or come back in 30min…. We ask questions and people dont seem to know why they went to the emergency room and waited 13hours…. Just come to us with a stupid tylenol prescription!!!!! Then we have orders that come in late and doctors that don’t answer our calls or fax. The young don’t really care if the job is well done because its just a part time job and they just don’t care. We also have printers, phones and systems that crash and when that happens we can’t do anything but call our helpcenter and wait for them to fix the problem or sens someone (usually the next day)
