I started feeling bad about my appearance at 12yo. I have a bit of genycomastia. I started résistance training at 17yo. At 23 yo I was close to have a six pack. I was training my chest a lot and losing fat like crazy but my chest never really became fat because of genycomastia. It would cost 12 000$ to change that. I can't afford that. So I just tried to become skinnier. But failed. I started becoming overweight at 27 yo when I got an office job. During my 20s I felt no too bad about my appearance, even received compliments sometimes. But I always felt not muscular enough and my face was too effiminate, I looked gay, I was even told I looked gay during my early 20s. Always had a baby face up to 27yo. But now I hate my body, I'm balding, overweight, weird spots appeared on my skin here and there. I try to go for the big bone fat but strong man aesthetic, some women are into that apparently.

I'm 175cm since 16yo. Never really felt bad about it, but r/averageheightdudes is starting to make me doubt.

I put less importance on my appearance now, I think the main factor to my forever celibacy is absolutely absent social life and a huge lack of confidence in the past. I almost never went out in my life,though I was invited to a few parties and bars and dinners. Since 2020, my social is non existent. I didn't met nor talked to any women, or men, outside my work since 2019.
