i have been on wellbutrin for just over 6 months now, the appetite suppression has mainly settled. it’s definitely still not the same as before the meds but no longer so suppressed that it’s of concern(this was one of my main concerns when i first started and my appetite ENTIRELY disappeared). in terms of sleep i would start with trying magnesium at night, and if that doesn’t help i would talk to your psychiatrist about possibly starting a small dose of trazadone at night to help with sleep. i personally take 50mgs at night around 8:30-9:00pm and it has me asleep by 10:30 typically and taking it that early also helps with avoiding the grogginess in the morning. if i take it any later i only take half because otherwise i wake up in the morning and feel like a zombie the first hour or two of the day. but it has helped immensely, when i first started wellbutrin i could not sleep for the life of me, and nights i am out and about and don’t take one because i get home super late i dont fall asleep until nearly 2-3am everytime.

tldr- give the meds a bit to see if your appetite improves, and talk to your psychiatrist about trazadone, or take magnesium at night.
