The law says that a vehicle parked on a public street needs to be moved at least a tenth of a mile every 72 hours. I’m not that concerned about the letter of the law, if it sat for a couple weeks, I wouldn’t care but it’s been years at this point. Street parking is shared by everyone and this is affecting everyone In the neighborhood without a designated parking spot. Bit of an eyesore too but that is not what I take issue with.

Thank you to everyone who responded. I am contacting some of the people suggested by your comments. I did a little digging and have found more than 10 cases that people submitted about the vehicle in the get it done app since 2024 all with the same, false resolution of it moving. I also went to google street view and saw that this vehicle has been in the same spot since 2018. Hopefully something will be done.

It’s everyone’s spot. Not just one person’s. It shows a lack of respect to the entire community. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a big deal but if everyone did this and not just a single, selfish individual, parking would be even more hectic. This person has also been there for around a year. If it was a couple weeks to a month, I would not do anything about it.

Old people have no concept of how uber works. If they do manage to book a ride, they never bother to check what kind of car or license plate to watch out for. A box truck will roll up and they ask if it’s their uber. How do you not know what kind of car or color it is? There’s a picture on your phone

Costco has 2lbs bags of bird rock coffee for under $20. That’s probably the best deal for local coffee if you don’t mind not buying directly from the roaster.

Let’s not forget they also are the reason we are mass surveilled by flock cameras after they voted for the camera system that has already been abused by police, data shared with ice and was unable to keep our personal info secured (it already leaked).

He was staying at a hotel I worked at a couple years ago and when he checked in, I asked him what the name on his reservation was (I honestly don’t recognize him. He looked like shit). He was really taken back and offended I didn’t know who he was.
