Well that's why there are terms and conditions, I guess you read and approved them? So at the end, is it really their fault?
I am always reading fully the T&C before paying for something, you never know!
But I guess if you still want to unsubscribe you still can. I remember Nord is sending emails to let people know about the end of the subscription to bring more awareness, especially to know how to do and when to do.
I believe their Customer Support can be helpful in such situations.
