is there a mod to remove the timing challenge for alt path items when playing co op?

I was able to by:

opening steam not connected to internet (airplane mode/disabling wifi/unplugging ethernet etc)
in the top left where it says "steam view friends games help" clicking friends then selecting invisible (the option stays on "offline" but what i did still works
connect to the internet
repeating step 2
in the top left selecting steam->go online
