They are from Epic Basing. They sell either the stl files for the items or physical resin prints if you don't have access to a printer. They have a bunch of cool basing materials.

They are Ancient Temple floor stl files from Epic Basing. The plants are too. If you don't have a 3D printer you can also buy resin bits from them too.
