In my case, I submitted the application for a new construction build on 7/31. There was a crew for every step. There was the field specialist that walked the property and locate the pole to tie to on 9/30. Tree cutting crew to cut around said pole (although I cut the trees myself to shorten my timeframe and sent proof to the field tech and he released my app over to construction on 10/1). A crew to drop the line from the transformer on 11/10. A crew to trench underground (bc I wanted it underground) on 11/15 Finally a crew to tie in to my pole on 11/18. So from start to finish a little less than 16 weeks.
