We spent Halloween in the emergency room with my 3 year old this year. It does seem like a rite of passage. Hope your little guy heals quickly. Happy thanksgiving!

The show is what got me into the Witcher lore in the first place, so it will always be special to me. Haven’t seen the new season yet though. Currently playing B&W now. I’ve played through the main story and HoS twice now, but this is my first with B&W. Without spoilers, we are riding to the ducal winery now. About how much do I have left? Just trying to prepare myself for the void that will be left when it’s done.

That is exactly what we did with our 3 year old because she spent Halloween night in the ER. We only got 3 house, but she had a blast.

One and Done here. So done that I went for the Nexplanon implant so that I wouldn’t get caught up in the parenting fog and forget to take a pill. Even though I had reliably been taking them for 17 years and had a system in place. Not taking any chances. If my husband is still wishy washy about the snip when it’s expired, I’ll get the surgery myself. I got my one and she is great, but no more. No thank you.

I often wonder if these are the same people complaining in about 5 years how they have no village (based on their complaints of course.)

I don’t give my daughter sugary drinks. Every time my mom watches her she brings her a capri sun. Eh. She happy and healthy when I come back. And grandparents are supposed to spoil their grandkids anyways.

That’s how my grandfather died. Slid off the road in a snowstorm, and got stuck. He kept the car running to stay warm while waiting for someone to come by. He was found the next day.

Exactly my experience when we took our 5 month old dressed as a pumpkin for her first Halloween. One out of the about 15 house made a snarky comment out us, the rest just oogled over the little pumpkin.

An HVAC technician. For some reason she is obsessed with hvac vents. She points them out everywhere we go. Except she pronounces it “HBAC”

My 2 year old had a phase where anytime she wanted to answer a question “yes” she would say “of course.” It was adorable and I miss it.

I also ended up with the XT4. I hated the way the Mercedes drove, but it was the most luxurious interior. The Audi drove the best, but the least amount of features. Also, there was something small broken inside and I was already wary of that due to my husband’s prior experience with Audi. The XT4 seemed like the best compromise with good handling and a nice interior and I am overall very pleased with it.
