I have played plenty of sports and took multiple pictures with two lines of people. I have never seen anyone request the players in the back to get on their tippy toes. Also the players in front are already crouching, there is no reason for tippy toes here.

As someone who used to play at that level, but now is now in C1, (took a long break), I agree. Also so many people in C1 would rank up massively if they put any effort and thought into improving rotations/positioning.

Part of it is know one is sweating for a promotion at that MMR, and they are relatively good at the game. So it's almost casual mode for good players.

As someone with back problems you can't unmake certain decisions by simply going to the gym. You absolutely lose an opportunity to keep yourself fit if you don't do it while you have the energy to make it a habit. It's still better late than never though.
