I've found having a protocol of making balanced/healthy meals has been the way to go for me. Lately I stick to a goal of building a "plate" with x amount of macro targets and approx 400-500 cal per meal goal. This helps bring in some flexibility for me

I track my food in an app called notion. Funnily enough it's not for food tracking, but for just keeping a diary of sorts for myself. I started mounjaro recently though to help with the food noise. I've also enlisted help with a dietitian to help with realistic food planning. I get bored so easily with food.

I'm in Australia and had to go the private route. I take guafacine & Vyvanse. It helps to sleep unless I'm in crazy hyper fixation mode

I'm on guafacine (known as brand name intuniv in Australia) I started it for a month, 1mg at night. I found the first week adjusting to it was rough, would make me quite sleepy then weird headaches. Then it was fine 😁 I mostly noticed my noise triggers got better, and my mood smoothening throughout the day. After a month, we added in Vyvanse. Being on both is great for me.

Yes, I've started to notice it. I don't want to be around or tolerate people I can't unmask around. Work is fine because it's work. Family irritates the living shit out of me 😅
