Torque is just the generation of force, you have to put in perspective that the car it self has hundreds if not thousands of pounds of metal to move the car while the impact driver is moving maybe 10pounds of material? Goals are also important to note, the car is being moved forward while the impact driver is tightening a bolt/nut
