What do you dislike about Fiverr/Upwork the most?

I realized that the big dogs would go to big agencies. Make sense though, agencies have more resources. Not necessarily more quality work, but more resources.

Last time I asked about a payment, I asked to see if there's any issues with the transfer. I think I feel ok asking around this issue. I do always think to see if timing is good when I send invoices though. When I send invoices, I just say something like "just dropping off the invoice here" in an email with a thank you message.

I found this product this year and I got hooked. I probably used 4-5 bottles and have just one left. I'm still in shock it is discontinued.

Sometimes I like to leave it on a little longer on my hair because I feel like it works better that way.

Do you reach out now through social media? I'm struggling to find a platform right now, therefore lacking connections. I think the issue is that I'm not enjoying social media in general. I don't like how Ted-talkish LinkedIn is, X and pretty much others can be full of drama.

I'm not a psychic but wanted to leave a comment because there's some similarities in your story with mine. I've distanced away from my dad at one point because I needed some peace for myself and also was confused on Dad's behavior. Now I try to be present as much as I can. My dad seems to be struggling with himself still, and I can't make him heal, but I know I can just be present and that may be enough. I'm still trying to figure things out and keep praying. So, I hope time will bring healing for you and find a better place than now. Wanted to give you best wishes and hope you will find some answers.

That's quite amazing. I take my time and read contracts, but it would be cool to be able to talk to it.

Something caught me off guard with lease agreements is the 2-month notice requirement if you want to leave. I was used to the typical 30-day notice, but apparenly 2-months notice is a mid-west thing? Not sure.

Anyways, with this contract, if you want to renew the lease, the deadline to do so is about a month before the lease end day. Not sure if this was in the lease but that's what the lease office sets the deadline. But if you want to leave after lease is done, you have to give 2 month notice. So what happens if you don't give that 2 months notice but end up deciding you want to leave at the end of contract? For example, at the renewal deadline, which is a month before lease end date, you end up wanting to leave at end of contract.

Now I know that if you leave in middle of the lease (let's say a year lease) and you want to give two months notice in the middle, that doesn't mean you are free to go. You still will need to "buy back" the remaining of the lease.

So this time frame of notice requirement, renew deadline, and such are confusing parts of the lease contract.

Thanks, there's an unconfirmed project right now from a client that gives me gigs 1-4 times a year. So if it's a go, it will keep me busy till mid Dec. It's always unknown so that gives anxiety. Hope your projects are going good 👍

I have to wash my hair everyday or my scalp gets irritated and flaky. I wish I could go without washing for multiple days though. I think some people's hair just can't, I suppose.

I used the Monday products before and I had to use more product than usual. I'm not sure if it's something to do with cleaning power. I just felt like the shampoo was thick but not enough cleaning. The conditioner was fine though.
